First Choice is proud to be Arkansas’ most trusted third-party administrator, and we’re here to help you operate a drug-free workplace! We offer conventional urine testing during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT), with no appointment necessary, and can have most donors in and out in 30 minutes or less. We also now proudly offer oral fluid testing, which offers results in minutes and eliminates gender-based collection issues or potential invasions of privacy.

No matter what industry you’re in, it’s a safe bet you experience more employee turnover than you like. It’s always difficult to lose trusted employees, and the workload can stack up as you desperately search to replace them. However, that doesn’t mean you can afford to be hasty, and it’s crucial to ensure that your new hires are drug-free and physically capable of doing the job. First Choice is Arkansas’ most trusted third-party administrator, and we proudly offer any conceivable type of lab test, as well as pre-employment physicals!
Every business owner and hiring manager understands that resumes present a very idealized version of an applicant’s employment history; the professional references they include will also be hand-picked individuals who are likely to offer glowing reviews of their performance. Unfortunately, many companies fear lawsuits and might not choose to share negative information that could help you make properly informed hiring decisions. But your employees are representatives of your company, and one bad hire can have a devastating impact on both your reputation and your bottom line! The good news is that our team at First Choice offers background checks to help you properly vet your job candidates, and we’ll help you find out what they don’t want you to know!
We had two separate Non-DOT donors come in and present our collector with a specimen that the temperature was out of range. Both were asked to wait in the waiting room, and both were “mouthing off” claiming they gave a good sample and that the staff was racist. A third donor waiting bought into their rhetoric and became concerned that his sample would also be rejected because of his race; he gave a good sample, and we accepted it without incident.
