When supervisors suspect an employee has reported to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they can be held criminally liable if they allow the employee to get behind the wheel. That means that a supervisor or his or her designee will have to drive the employee to our clinic for testing, and you’ll be two employees short until they return!
