Congratulations on your job offer! The only thing that stands between you and your career with a great company is a pre-employment drug test, and you’ll be in great hands when you come in for testing at First Choice. Our employees are all committed to professionalism and legendary customer service, and we keep a Medical Review Officer (MRO) on staff to verify the accuracy of all test results. We also offer the quickest possible turnaround time on all reporting, so you’ll be able to get right to work once your employer receives the results!

Raising children is a lifetime commitment. It costs up to $300,000 to support each child from birth through age 18, and each parent is responsible around the clock. Unfortunately, half of all marriages end in divorce, and less than half of the custodial parents in the United States receive all the child support that they have coming; over a quarter receive nothing at all! It’s unfortunate when parents neglect to meet their financial obligations, but First Choice is on your side, and we offer legally binding paternity testing administered in a discreet and confidential setting!
We recently had a donor come into our clinic for a pre-employment drug test. There was nothing unusual about the collection until she presented the sample to the First Choice collector. Not only was the specimen cold, but the donor must not have paid much attention after she emptied the fraudulent sample into the cup.
Tuberculosis (TB) infections are caused by a bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and they primarily affect the lungs and respiratory system. Common symptoms include a cough that lasts over three weeks, fevers, chills, night sweats, and rapid weight loss. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), there were approximately 8,300 reported cases of TB in 2022, a slight increase from 2021. Not everyone infected with TB actually becomes sick, but individuals with a latent TB infection (LTBI) can easily spread the infection to others. TB skin tests are required for individuals who work with high-risk populations and are strongly recommended for individuals who have recently returned home from international travel.
