We currently have 57 google reviews, and I am very pleased to say most of them are 5 stars. We do, however, have a handful of 1-star reviews.

ALL of the 1-star reviews are from donors who left the clinic without providing us with a sample the collector would accept, aka they refused.

The owner replies to every review we receive, both positive and negative. We encourage you to read our less than 5-star reviews to get some insight into how we handle them.

Below is one I’ll share that happened just this year. What’s shocking is that he gave us a 3-star review!
