What are the testing procedures? Our lab is located at 6400 Scott Hamilton Dr., and our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We’ll need a specimen from both the child and the alleged father, and we’ll painlessly collect a sample using a mouth swab from all donors. We can also test siblings or parents if the alleged father is unwilling to submit for testing. We’ll need the child’s birth certificate before testing can proceed, as well as a government-issued photo ID for all adult donors.
What can I do if the alleged father lives out of state? We partner with a network of third-party administrators throughout the United States and can arrange specimen collection at any convenient location for the alleged father.
How soon will I receive the results? Paternity tests take about 2 to 5 days to process, and we can send the testing results directly to any court or agency you choose.
