Your employees will become part of a larger consortium pool, and we’ll send you automatic reminders when it’s time to update your rosters before each quarterly draw. All pool members will have an equal and independent chance to be selected, and we’ll send you detailed instructions for your selected donors when it’s time for them to submit for testing.
Testing takes place at our southwest Little Rock laboratory during business hours, and we can typically get donors in and out in about 15 minutes during our off-peak hours (early mornings and late afternoons). Our team members all share our commitment to legendary customer service, and we keep a Medical Review Officer (MRO) on staff to verify the accuracy of all test results.
