If this is your first time taking a drug test, you might not know quite what to expect. But you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how easy the process is, and our team members are all committed to providing fast and professional service. Here are a few frequently asked questions, and we’re always a phone call away if we didn’t answer your question in the section below.

What are your hours of operation? We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and you’ll need a photo ID. Testing typically takes 15 minutes or less, but you might experience slightly longer wait times if you arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

What are the testing procedures? When you arrive, you’ll sign a collection protocol form, and the testing process will officially be underway. If you leave our lab for any reason without providing a specimen, it will be considered a refusal to test with the same consequences as a positive result. You’ll need to be prepared to void .45ml (approx. 2 ounces), so please ensure that you’re properly hydrated when you arrive; no outside food or drink is allowed, and we’re only allowed to provide up to 40 ounces of water after your first attempt to void.

How long will it take for my employer to receive the test results? We offer industry-leading turnaround time on reporting so you can report to your new job as quickly as possible, and we keep a Medical Review Officer (MRO) on staff to verify the accuracy of all test results. Most urinalysis results are delivered to the employer or requesting agency in one or two business days.
