You never need an appointment to test, and we can get most donors in and out in about 15 minutes. Our testing center is located at 6400 Scott Hamilton Drive (exit 134 off Interstate 30), and we’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Here’s a quick overview of the testing process, and we’re always a phone call away if you have any additional questions.

Before your test—You’ll need to be prepared to void approximately 0.45ml (2 ounces), and it’s very important to arrive properly hydrated. No outside food or drink is allowed in our testing center, and we can only provide up to 40 ounces of water after your first attempt to void is unsuccessful. Be sure to bring a current photo ID and the drug testing paperwork provided by your employer.

During your test—You’ll be required to sign a collection protocol form at check-in, and the testing process will be officially underway once you’re escorted into the confidential testing area by one of our team members. You won’t be allowed to leave until testing is complete, and leaving the testing center without providing a sample is considered a refusal to test, with the same consequences as a positive result. Unless otherwise requested by your employer, you’ll be allowed to void privately.

After your test—Once you’ve provided a sufficient sample in the proper temperature range with no evidence of tampering, the test is complete, and you’ll be free to go. We can typically deliver testing results to employers and requesting agencies within 1-2 business days, and keep a Medical Review Officer (MRO) on staff to verify the accuracy of all test results.
