One of the key drawbacks of urinalysis is that it’s embarrassing and inconvenient. Urinalysis and hair testing also only test for drugs that have been digested and processed, and might not detect more recent activity. Oral testing kits are easy to use and eliminate gender-based collection issues. Supervisors can collect saliva samples from the donor onsite, and you’ll get your initial results in as few as 5-10 minutes. Oral fluid testing is also more effective at detecting recent use, enabling you to assess what’s currently in the donor’s system at the time of the accident. We keep a Medical Review Officer (MRO) on staff to verify all testing results, and you can decide to send all samples or only non-negatives to our lab for independent confirmation.
